David Schneller (Chef) grew up on a farm in a small town in central Maine. David fell in love with cooking while working at a restaurant in Bar Harbor for the summer season. He applied to the Culinary Institute of America for their program beginning in March 2001. Following the 2 year program at CIA, David remained in Poughkeepsie to work in a well-known local restaurant there. |
